Champagne cupcakes are a perfect sweet twist on the traditional champagne toast to ring in the New Year! Since altogether the recipe calls for a full bottle of sparkly, I confess I didn’t actually use champagne, but sparkling wine (I save the good stuff for my champagne flutes!!) and they still came out delicious.
